It was our first appointment with him and his staff. It was great to finally meet a doctor that as far as we could tell wanted to be there and listen to us about our concerns about our health care. To be more than a pill pusher or send to a specialist without even knowing what he could do within in the realm of his practice. Very straightforward and ready to communicate with us. The staff was thorough and polite and very friendly.

I HAD ISSUES WITH MEDICARE REGARDING BLOOD WORK.INITIALLY, WHEN I HAD BLOOD WORK,IT WAS AT A TIME WHEN I WAS CHANGING OVER TO MEDICARE. I HAVE LIFETIME BENEFITS THROUGH MY STATE JOB WHICH BECOMES MY SECONDARY. AT THE TIME OF BLOODWORK, STAFF AT DR'S OFFICE WOULD NOT ACCEPT MY ON-LINE PRINTED MEDICARE CARD AND WAS TOLD TO BRING IN CARD WHEN I RECEIVED IT IN THE MAIL.WELL NOW I'M BEING BILLED FOR BLOODWORK, WHICH IS A 1ST,AND THE STAFF TOLD ME I HAD TO HANDLE THE PROBLEM.TOTALLY WRONG.NOT MY MISTAKE.THEY SHOULD HANDLE THIS ISSUE.IF I HAVE TO I'LL BE LOOKING ELSEWHERE FOR A QUALIFIED STAFF....LOVE THE DR.BUT NOT THE STAFF PS...BLOODWORK IS TAKEN RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO DR UNDER QUEST
